We provide free placement services to employers removing friction and making it easy for companies to access qualified job-ready talent from our training ecosystem.

Our model works because we control the full funnel: we train people through partner institutions ensure they complete and become job-ready then proactively match them to employers who need talent. We dont wait for companies to come to us. We initiate the placements build the relationships and deliver candidates directly to hiring teams.


Role Purpose

The Career Center Manager is the person who turns job-ready graduates into employed professionals. You own the final and most critical conversion in our funnel: from trained and ready to placed and working.

You will work two sides simultaneously. On the candidate side you prepare graduates for employment through career coaching interview preparation and Career Buddy programs. On the employer side you build hands-on working relationships with recruiters and talent acquisition teams inside the companies that Demand brings into our network. Demand opens the door at the partnership level. You make the partnership produce actual hires.

In the placement formula Placements Enrollments x Completion % x Placement % you own the Placement % variable. At scale every percentage point you improve translates to tens of thousands of additional lives changed.


Key Responsibilities

1. Recruiter & TA Relationship Management

Once Demand secures an employer partnership you take over the operational hiring relationship. Your job is to become the go-to person for the companys recruiters and talent acquisition teams.

Build and maintain working relationships with recruiters Talent Acquisition leads and hiring managers inside partner companies

Understand each employers specific hiring needs: role requirements volume timelines screening preferences and culture fit expectations

Proactively push qualified candidate profiles and shortlists to recruiters since our placements are free and employer-initiated friction should be near zero

Manage the candidate submission-to-hire pipeline for each employer tracking conversion at every stage (submitted interviewed offered placed)

Run regular check-ins with key Talent Acquisition contacts to gather feedback on candidate quality and adjust matching accordingly

Coordinate with Irham on employer satisfaction and escalate partnership-level issues when needed


2. Student Preparation & Job Matching

You receive graduates from Transform once they reach placement-ready status. From there you own their journey through to verified employment.

Own the learner journey from placement-ready through to placed and verified

Coordinate interview preparation CV building and career coaching through Career Buddy programs

Profile candidates against employer requirements and create targeted shortlists for each hiring partner

Operate and optimize the HPS (Hyperlocal Solutions) Job portal platform for matching at scale

Track and improve the candidate-to-placement conversion rate across all employer channels


3. Career Center Operations & Scaling

Career centers are the infrastructure through which placements addition to building and managing our internal Career Center you will also embed in partner institutions to assist to build the placement process then replicate it.

Embed in one priority training partner in Q1 to build the placement workflow hands-on: student profiling employer matching interview prep placement tracking

Document every process as a replicable playbook while building it designing for 500 centers to eventually copy it

Activate pilot career centers and scale to 20 active centers by end of 2026

Define and maintain operating standards and KPIs for each career center

Identify underperforming centers diagnose root causes and implement corrective actions


4. Cross-Pillar Coordination

Jointly define and maintain placement-ready criteria with Transformation ensuring graduates entering your pipeline are genuinely ready for employer submission

Coordinate weekly with Demand on new employer onboarding job openings candidate pipeline and placement progress

Participate in Tuesday Demand-Supply Sync (45 min) and Wednesday Transform-Placement Handoff

Contribute to Friday alignment Rollup with placement pipeline conversion rates and bottleneck analysis


5. Alumni Tracking & Placement Verification

Build systems to verify placement quality and confirm graduates are genuinely employed

Track post-placement retention to ensure sustainable employment outcomes

Develop feedback loops with placed alumni and their employers to continuously improve matching









Required Qualifications

5 years in recruitment operations talent placement career services or workforce development

Direct experience managing relationships with recruiters Talent Acquisition teams or hiring managers across multiple companies simultaneously

Track record of placing candidates into jobs at volume (not just sourcing or screening but end-to-end placement)

Experience building placement processes matching workflows or recruitment pipelines from early stage

Strong understanding of the Indonesian labor market employer hiring patterns and sectors such as (manufacturing retail IT/BPO hospitality BFSI etc)

Data-driven approach to managing pipelines: comfortable with trackers dashboards and conversion metrics

Able to work across teams managing coordination with people who are not your direct reports

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English


Preferred Qualifications

Experience in social enterprise NGO or mission-driven organizations focused on employment outcomes

Background in recruitment agencies staffing companies job portals or talent marketplace platforms

Familiarity with BLKs vocational high schools (SMKs) polytechnics training providers or university career offices in Indonesia

Experience with ATS HRIS or placement management platforms

Knowledge of government employment programs (Kemnaker Kemendikti etc) and industry HR associations like PMSM etc





Required Skills:

Key Responsibilities Analyze job market trends and identify high-demand roles and skills across regions and sectors. Build strategic partnerships with leading employers across priority sectors such as Retail Healthcare BFSI ITES Auto Beauty & Wellness and Hospitality. Collaborate with sector skill councils and industry bodies to strengthen employer engagement and program alignment. Establish and manage Industry Advisory Councils to provide industry insights and strengthen program relevance. Work with employer partners to co-create and validate training content ensuring alignment with industry needs. Enable training placement opportunities and post-placement support for students through employer networks. Design and launch pilot initiatives with industry partners to validate and scale employer engagement models.
