• Shape future leadersby coaching mentoring and developing your team to sharpenskills elevate presentations and maximize results.
• Collaborate to winwith finance marketing and leadership aligning strategies that create measurable impact across the dealership.
• Stay ahead of the curveby monitoring market trends customer expectations and competitor activity to proactively guide inventory and sales strategy.

Skills thatDriveSuccess:

• 23 years in aSalesManager or similar automotive leadership role preferably in a high-volumepre-ownedoperation.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to drive performance.
• Experience withvAuto PBS and Excel for reporting and performance tracking.
• A natural leader with excellent communication presentation and coaching skills.
• Experience in automotive retail is preferred with proven success in driving team performance and results.
• Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate challenges and turn opportunities into results.
• Valid drivers license.
