Sales Representative Location: Victoria BC (Greater Vancouver Territory)

Compensation: $60000 $100000 CAD
Position Overview We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to manage and grow an established customer base while actively developing new business within the Greater Vancouver territory. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with experience in industrial or B2B sales particularly within the polyethylene packaging sector. The position requires strong relationship management consistent field engagement and a proactive approach to revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities - Manage and expand an existing portfolio of customers within the assigned territory
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling networking and referrals
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular in-person client visits to support account growth and retention
- Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan aligned with company goals
- Prepare present and follow up on quotations and proposals
- Address customer inquiries resolve issues and ensure timely follow-ups
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance reports to management
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations production logistics) to meet customer needs
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
Required Qualifications - Minimum 2 year of experience in industrial or B2B sales
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing a sales territory and generating new business
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field-based role
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel regularly within the territory
Preferred Qualifications (Strong Plus) - Experience in plastics polyethylene or packaging industry
- Existing network or contacts within the plastics/manufacturing sector
- Background in B2B manufacturing sales environments
- Demonstrated success in cold calling and lead generation
