Job Summary

Travel Field Sales Representative

Kognitive Sales Solutions in partnership with Canadian Tire is seeking outgoing and sales-driven individuals to join our travel this role youll have the exciting opportunity to engage with consumers directly across cities in the greater Toronto and Barrie regions while representing one of Canadas most trusted and iconic brands.


Compensation:

  • Base wage minimum protection guarantee commission


Schedule:

  • Flexible Monday- Sunday
  • Both part-time and full-time opportunities


Responsibilities:

  • Educate customers about the benefits of our partner Canadian Tire Triangle Mastercard and other financial products at gas station locations within your assigned territory.
  • Drive sales advocacy and brand awareness for our clients products during events.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for attendees.
  • Utilize creative approaches to engage customers and effectively communicate product benefits.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with gas station staff to facilitate successful event execution.
  • Handle customer information with the utmost confidentiality.

Keys to Success:

  • Comfortable travelling to variable locations such as Innisfi Bradford Newmarket Barrie Collingwood and other towns in your assigned territory.
  • Access to reliable vehicle and valid license
  • Outgoing and personable with a passion for interacting with people.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is an asset.
  • Comfortable delivering key messages and engaging with customers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to undergo a criminal background check.
