Scope of Work

We are seeking a detail oriented and technically proficient Business Analyst with strong experience in web and mobile application projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with product owners developers UXUI teams and stakeholders to translate business needs into clear actionable requirements and ensure successful delivery of digital solutions.

Role Descriptions:

Requirements Gathering Analysis:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs goals and pain points.

Conduct workshops interviews user research and workflow analysis.

Document high quality BRDs FRDs user stories acceptance criteria and use cases.

Analyze existing systems and propose optimized digital solutions.

Web Mobile Application Expertise:

Evaluate and define functional behavior across responsive web and native hybrid mobile apps (iOS Android).Understand UIUX standards accessibility guidelines and mobile specific design patterns.

Work with designers to ensure wireframes and prototypes align with requirements.

Assess API requirements backend integration needs and data flow across platforms.

Project Product Support:

Support product owners in roadmap planning feature prioritization and backlog grooming.

Communicate requirements to development and QA teams in Agile Scrum environments.

Participate in sprint planning standups reviews and retrospectives.

Quality Assurance Testing Support:

Review test cases to ensure coverage of requirements.

Assist in UAT planning execution and defect triage.

Validate that delivered features meet business and user expectations.

Stakeholder Communication

Bridge communication between business teams and technical teams.

Provide regular status updates impact assessments and solution alternatives.
