As our Senior Specialist AI GTM Automation you will:

• Design and build AI-driven workflows and agents across the GTM stack from inbound lead handling to outbound automation
• Integrate systems such as Salesforce marketing automation platforms and data enrichment tools
• Partner with Sales Marketing and Customer Success leaders to identify high-impact use cases and translate them into scalable solutions
• Rapidly prototype test and iterate on AI initiatives based on performance and return on investment
• Drive adoption of AI tools across GTM teams by enabling and educating stakeholders
• Contribute to initiatives such as conversational AI account intelligence and personalization at scale

Here is what will qualify you for the role:

• Strong understanding of GTM systems including sales marketing and revenue operations ecosystems
• Hands-on experience with APIs automation tools and data workflows
• Familiarity with Salesforce and common GTM platforms
• Proven ability to ship solutions and measure their real-world impact

What will make you stand out:

• Experience with AI agent frameworks or workflow automation tools (e.g. Relevance AI Zapier n8n Clay)
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and move from problem to solution quickly
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
• Sharp prioritization skills and good judgment on what to build (and what not to)
• Bias for action and curiosity to design workflows and capabilities that work
