Job Summary:
The ServiceNow Technical Architect is responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of scalable secure and high-performing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
This role bridges business needs with technical execution ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Architectural Design StrategyDefine and design high-level architecture for ServiceNow solutions across modules like HR ITOM PPM CSM FSM SIR and architectural blueprints standards and best ServiceNow architecture with enterprise IT strategy and digital transformation goals.
2. Technical LeadershipProvide guidance and mentorship to developers and implementation adherence to architectural standards and coding best technical design sessions and code reviews.
3. Solution ImplementationOversee the development and deployment of ServiceNow applications and custom solutions are scalable reliable and complex integrations using RESTSOAP APIs OAuth SAML and middleware platforms.
4. Stakeholder EngagementCollaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical architectural decisions and roadmaps to executives including CIOs and workshops demos and technical presentations.
5. Governance ComplianceEstablish governance frameworks for ServiceNow development and compliance with regulatory standards and internal detailed documentation including design specs workflows and technical guidelines.
Required Skills:
QualificationsBachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
7 years of experience in IT with 3 years in a ServiceNow architect role.
Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and modules.
Strong experience with JavaScript Glide Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA)Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)Certified Application Developer (CAD)Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (preferred)
Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.
