The Role:
As M&A Lead you will own the full deal lifecycle from evaluation through integration. This role blends corporate development financial modeling diligence and postclose execution. You will ensure acquisitions are strategically sound seamlessly integrated and deliver expected EBITDA and performance outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Own deal lifecycle: evaluation modeling diligence and execution
Lead post-close integration (financial operational alignment into SAP/reporting)
Track performance vs underwriting and ensure EBITDA delivery
Profile: 6-8 yrs strong modeling accounting understanding
