The Bridge is seeking two Site Senior Support Workers to lead daily operations at two of our Supported Independent Living (SIL) sites supporting participants and working alongside a team of staff. This role combines hands-on support with informal team leadership documentation and coordination responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day operations to ensure consistent person-centered support
• Provide informal supervision and guidance to support workers during shifts
• Assist with rostering and respond to short-notice absences to maintain coverage
• Deliver direct support aligned with participant goals and NDIS plans
• Maintain accurate documentation incident reports and medication records
• Promote a positive inclusive team culture grounded in respect and accountability
• Escalate risks and concerns to the SIL Services Lead and contribute to service reviews

About You:

• Experience in disability support ideally in SIL or residential settings
• Strong understanding of person-centred practice and NDIS requirements
• Confident communicator with solid documentation and time management skills
• Ability to guide and support staff in a collaborative respectful manner
• Certificate IV in Disability Community Services or related field
• Current First Aid CPR WWCC NDIS Worker Screening Check and Drivers Licence
• Familiarity with participant management systems (e.g. SupportAbility Folio)
