Job Summary

General Summary: The Clinical Manager is responsible for directing the operations of the assigned program ensuring that regulatory standards and administrative policies and procedures are followed to attain program objectives. The Clinical Manager acts as a liaison to various agencies and stakeholders. Employees in this classification supervise the work of professional technical and clerical staff and do other work as RESPONSIBILITIES:Provides administrative support leadership and oversight for and maintains professional relationships with various officials and professional as the central point of contact for program services; provides positive public relations for all complaints including resolution and follow-up in collaboration with Intermountain Centers leadership collaboratively with Human Resources has overall responsibility for hiring developing retaining evaluating disciplining and discharging of program with the Executive Leadership regarding all legal issues serious programmatic issues and critical administrative supervision to program staff on a weekly in leadership site coverage including covering callouts/paid time in annual budget preparation with the Executive leadership and is accountable for programs adherence to annual budget agency purchasing and accounting procedures; ensures support and program staff do program staff receive annual and in-service training and coaching on an on-going in Management Team meetings conferences and other agency-related meetings as regular all-staff meetings for program that cleanliness and safety standards for the program are met and that appearance of the site and vehicles are that member files are maintained in accordance with the Organization and contractual that program data is collected through established protocols to document outcome the organizations mission goals and management decisions; promotes an empirical behavioral model in program an approved schedule and acceptable level of direct care to a small case load of members as other duties as assigned or necessary as they relate to the general nature of the position. QUALIFICATIONS:Education bachelors degree in a field related to Behavioral Health required. Experience At least 3 years of management experience required. Prior experience in providing supervision in a behavioral health setting preferred. Licensure Not required but :Minimum 21 years of Level I fingerprint clearance (must possess upon hire and maintain throughout employment).CPR First Aid AED certification if required (must possess upon hire and maintain throughout employment).Current valid Arizona Drivers License and 39-month Motor Vehicle Report and proof of vehicle registration liability insurance to meet insurance requirements if current negative TB test result if required (Employer provides).Questions about this position Contact us
