A completed NQF Level 7 qualification (Bachelors degree or equivalent) relevant to your chosen area.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also managing your own tasks and deadlines.

Support the team with research analysis and delivery of key initiatives.

Participate in learning opportunities workshops and coaching sessions to develop your professional capability.
Take ownership of assigned tasks ensuring high-quality outcomes and continuous improvement.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
