Job Summary
Your mission
- You analyze and compare electricity supply contracts and trades across multiple EU markets (including country-specific models certificates and PPAs)
- Assessment of energy price volume and hedging strategies deriving relevant insights
- Development and maintenance of the risk framework (exposure scenarios KPI steering)
- Preparation of exposure reports scenario analyses and structured KPI tracking
- Design and optimization of dashboards and reporting tools (Excel Power BI Databricks)
- Analysis of grid fees and invoices as well as support of grid charge and contract calculation
- You contribute to audit and compliance processes while ensuring audit-proof documentation
- You work closely with Finance Treasury Legal Markets and international teams on project-based topics
Your profile
- You hold a degree in Business Finance Energy Economics or a comparable field
- You have prior experience in energy risk or analytical environments
- You work in an analytical and structured manner and enjoy translating complex topics into clear insights
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI; familiarity with reporting and data quality tools
- You are confident working across different systems; experience with contract management or energy market risk tools as well as SQL and Python is a plus
- You communicate confidently in German and English
- A self-driven reliable working style and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities distinguish you
