Whatyoullbe spending your time on:
- Review applicant information and documentsutilizinga mix of internal and external policies and tools/vendors.
- Approve decline or requestadditionalinformation/documents from applicants tofacilitateapplication reconsideration.
- Conduct Video KYC as part of thecustomeronboarding process.
- Perform periodic reviews of service requests and KYC for existing customers analyzing personal details for unusual patterns and reporting findings to the Team Lead.
- Proactively escalate issues and propose solutions to enhance customer experience and service levels.
- Assist the Supervisor/Team Leader with case investigations.
- Participate in team meetings to align with the needs of internal and external customers.
- Demonstrate a customer-focused analytical and strategic approach whilemaintaininga strong execution focus to drive transformation in customer businesses.
- Exhibit logical thinking and be a creative proactive team player.
For this role you arerequired:
- Bachelors degree
- Experience of working in the payment industry/risk management
- Familiarity withIndia KYC review
- Service-oriented approach withgreat communicationskills.
- High attention to details and patterns with strong analytical skills
- General knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications
- Capable of multi-tasking and working under targets
- Solution focused and proactive in problem solving.
- Strong senseof ownership and responsibility
Immediate availability Englishisa mustand Hindi is a plus. Seeking candidates with 1.5 to 2 years of KYC experience though motivated recent graduates witha strong desireto learn grow and excel are also encouraged to apply.
