The Role

We are seeking an Odoo Functional Consultant to drive business process analysis system configuration and functional implementation of a comprehensive LMS-based ERP this role you will bridge business needs with technical solutions by translating operational requirements into effective Odoo workflows ensuring optimal system utilization across departments.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to gather analyze and document business requirements.
• Translate business processes into functional specifications and Odoo-based workflows.
• Configure and customize Odoo modules to align with organizational operations.
• Design functional process flows for student lifecycle management finance operations and internal ERP functions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of functional requirements.
• Support UAT system testing and end-user training sessions.
• Prepare user guides functional documentation and training materials.
• Provide ongoing system support troubleshoot functional issues and recommend improvements.
• Work closely with project teams to ensure timely and successful ERP deployments.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Information Systems or a related field.
• 3 years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or similar ERP functional role.
• Strong understanding of Odoo business modules and workflow configurations.
• Ability to map complex business requirements into functional Odoo solutions.
• Experience in ERP implementations and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with LMS-based solutions (e.g. Moodle OpenEducat) is a strong advantage.
• Basic understanding of Odoo technical concepts (ORM modules workflows) to coordinate effectively with developers.
• Excellent communication documentation and analytical skills.
• Odoo Functional Certification is preferred.
