Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- 10 years of experience in office management workplace operations or administration
- Strong experience managing office operations vendors and facilities in a fast-paced environment
- Proven project management experience balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day execution
- Experience organizing and managing corporate events end-to-end
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong cross-functional collaborator across global teams and time zones
- Proactive solutions-oriented and able to operate independently
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Fluency in English required; Cantonese and/or Mandarin strongly preferred
