Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced GoLang Developer with hands-on exposure to AI-led development practices to build scalable high-performance backend systems. The ideal candidate will leverage AI tools and models to accelerate development improve code quality and design intelligent services while working closely with product and data teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and maintain high-performance backend services using Go (Golang)

• Build scalable microservices and APIs (REST / gRPC)

• Apply AI-led development practices such as:

  • AI-assisted coding (Copilot ChatGPT CodeWhisperer etc.)

  • Automated code reviews refactoring and test generation

• Integrate AI/ML models into backend services (inference APIs pipelines feature services)

• Work with distributed systems concurrency and Go routines

• Optimize application performance memory usage and latency

• Collaborate with data scientists ML engineers and product teams

• Implement secure reliable and observable systems (logging metrics tracing)

• Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making

• Mentor junior developers and promote best engineering practices

Required Skills

Core Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Go (Golang)

• Solid understanding of concurrency channels goroutines

• Experience with microservices architecture

• Strong knowledge of REST APIs / gRPC

• Experience with SQL & NoSQL databases (Postgres MySQL MongoDB Redis)

• Familiarity with Docker & Kubernetes

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)

AI-Led Development Skills

• Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants to improve development speed and quality

• Understanding of LLM-based workflows (prompting validation hallucination handling)

• Experience integrating AI/ML services (OpenAI HuggingFace internal ML models)

• Knowledge of model inference APIs embeddings or vector databases is a plus

Nice to Have

• Experience with event-driven systems (Kafka RabbitMQ)

• Exposure to MLOps or AI pipelines

• Knowledge of Terraform / IaC

• Experience building developer platforms or internal tooling

• Background in security auth (JWT/OAuth) or token-based systems
