Whats In It For You
You will take on an interim accounting leadership role during a defined transition period. The work is already in progress and the focus is on stabilizing operations taking ownership of core accounting activities and supporting the buildout of an inhouse accounting function.
In addition to handson accounting responsibilities the role includes acting as a key counterpart to local finance leadership supporting decisionmaking and helping establish clear ways of working for the accounting team.
You will work closely with local management and coordinate with overseas stakeholders ensuring accounting reporting and governance requirements are met while maintaining continuity during the transition period.
This role requires regular inperson collaboration with the local team. Candidates must be based locally.

The organization is in a transition phase following changes to its finance leadership structure and the decision to bring previously outsourced accounting activities inhouse.
Core accounting processes are currently supported externally and the priority of this engagement is to take ownership of those processes stabilize daytoday operations and define a sustainable futurestate accounting setup.
The interim role is intended to ensure continuity of accounting leadership reduce operational risk and support the development of a permanent accounting team while a longterm hire is being recruited.
The engagement is structured as an independent subcontractor role for a fixed initial period.
