The Graduate School of Education at Rutgers University seeks an Assistant Professor of Professional Practice with a primary emphasis on education leadership. This position presents an opportunity to grow our dynamic new leadership preparation program and mentor the next generation of school and district-level leaders. The Professor of Professional Practice role focuses primarily on teaching and program coordination with opportunities to create and contribute new visions. The successful candidate will join a vibrant school of 60 faculty members working across a range of education fields. Located on the New Brunswick campus this is a term appointment academic year nine-month position with the opportunity for summer employment dependent on the availability of funds. The position is eligible for a partial-remote work arrangement. Review of applications will begin December 1 2025 and continue until the position is filled. The position has a negotiable start date depending on the availability of the selected candidate.
