Job Summary
- Clean and sanitize classrooms offices restrooms and common areas
- Vacuum sweep and mop floors as needed
- Empty trash bins and replace liners
- Dust furniture fixtures and equipment
- Refill soap dispensers paper towels and other supplies
- Report any damages repairs or safety hazards to the supervisor
- Follow proper safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals appropriately
- Secure the building by locking doors and windows after cleaning
- Perform other cleaning duties as assigned by the supervisor
Location: School Cleaning in Cleveland Ohio 44109
Days: Monday through Friday
Time: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour
This is a year round position.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial work (preferred)
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to adjust cleaning routines as needed
- Basic English communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Must have reliable transportation and be able to pass a BCI/FBI background check
