A warm and busy single father in Fremont CA is seeking a reliable and versatile Live In or Live Out Housekeeper / After-School Nanny to support his household and care for his 12-year-old daughter whom he has 50% of the time. The family previously had a long-term employee for 10 years and they are hoping to find someone equally committed and dependable for a long-term role.

Position Summary

This is a dynamic dual-role position combining hands-on housekeeping with after-school care and support for a pre-teen. The schedule and workload will vary depending on whether the father has his daughter that weekrequiring more childcare support and later hours during those times and more household-focused responsibilities during off weeks.

The ideal candidate is organized flexible nurturing and proactivesomeone who can seamlessly shift between managing the home and supporting the daughters daily routine.

Key Responsibilities

Housekeeping Duties:

• General light cleaning and daily upkeep of the home
• Making beds and maintaining organized living spaces
• Kitchen maintenance including dishes and tidying
• Laundry folding and organizing clothing
• Simple healthy meal preparation

Childcare & Family Support:

• School pick-up and driving to after-school activities
• Supporting and maintaining the childs daily routine
• Providing a safe responsible and engaging environment
• Assisting with basic needs and supervision appropriate for a 12-year-old

Requirements
