The Opportunity

This position works out of our Mexico City location in the Nutritional Division. Our nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages from helping babies and children grow to keeping adult bodies strong and active. Millions of people around the world count on our leading brands including Similac PediaSure Pedialyte Ensure and Glucerna to help get the nutrients they need to live their healthiest life.

The Digital Shelf Specialist will be responsible for optimizing the online presence of our brands across key eCommerce platforms such as Amazon Mercado Libre Walmart Rappi and other brick-and-click retailers. This role requires a deep understanding of eCommerce strategies SEO SEM and digital shelf analytics to enhance product discoverability visibility and conversion rates. The specialist will work closely with creative and eCommerce agencies to develop and maintain high-quality Product Detail Pages (PDPs) and collaborate with marketing and regulatory teams to ensure digital shelf updates at least twice a year.

What Youll Do:

1. Digital Shelf Strategy & Performance Optimization

  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance digital shelf performance across eCommerce platforms.
  • Ensure content excellence SEO optimization and retail compliance to improve product visibility and conversion.
  • Analyze digital shelf data including availability pricing search ranking reviews and content quality to drive insights and improvements.
  • Track and improve search performance (organic and paid) across platforms like Amazon Mercado Libre Walmart etc.

2. Content Development & Execution

  • Work with creative and eCommerce agencies to produce high-quality PDP content (titles descriptions images videos A content).
  • Ensure PDPs are optimized for SEO readability and conversion while meeting retailer guidelines.
  • Manage product catalog updates and coordinate with internal teams for timely content refreshes.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Align with marketing regulatory and legal teams to ensure product information is updated at least twice a year.
  • Work with supply chain and sales teams to maintain digital shelf availability and pricing consistency.
  • Partner with eCommerce and retail media teams to leverage digital shelf insights for advertising and promotional campaigns.

4. Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring

  • Use crawler tools and analytics platforms to monitor and analyze digital shelf KPIs.
  • Track and report key metrics such as share of search conversion rates content compliance and competitive benchmarking.
  • Generate actionable insights to improve digital execution and sales performance.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in marketing business data analytics or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in eCommerce digital shelf management or online retail operations.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO SEM PDP content optimization and eCommerce search ranking.
  • Experience working with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central Walmart Connect Mercado Libre Ads and similar platforms.
  • Ability to interpret crawler data and analytics dashboards to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce analytics
