We are looking for a skilled and driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our commercial growth in Paris and across France.
What To Expect:
- Take ownership for driving sales growth market share and business performance for the Sentimag platform and our Magtrace and Magseed portfolio in your region
- Build lead and develop a highperforming regional sales team to deliver the French sales strategy
- Develop and execute a clear regional business plan and territory strategy focused on the highestpotential customers and opportunities
- Collaborate with the International Sales Director to set territory sales targets and define the initiatives needed to achieve them
- Build and manage strong relationships with surgeons breast units procurement hospital management and other key stakeholders
- Lead the response to regional contracts and tenders ensuring alignment with French national frameworks and parameters
- Gather and share market competitor and customer insights to inform the French strategic plan
- Support the implementation and adoption of SE8 tracking progress and addressing barriers to usage
- Travel extensively across France with regular time in Paris and occasional visits to our headquarters in Cambridge UK
What We Expect:
- Proven field sales experience in medical devices ideally selling to surgeons; breast cancer experience is an advantage but not essential
- Demonstrated sales management experience in a leading medical device organisation with a track record of building and leading successful sales teams
- Strong leadership skills: able to motivate set clear objectives and maintain high standards of performance
- Experience managing mixed capital and consumable business models and working crossfunctionally with medical product finance manufacturing and customer service teams
- Good understanding of French regulatory and compliance processes related to commercial operations
- Experience working with Key Opinion Leaders and driving adoption of innovative technologies
- Native French speaker with fluent English
- Holds a valid driving licence and is willing to travel extensively across France
