Job Summary

Bring your energy to Aggreko as Multiline Sector Leader based in Riaydh .

You will drive revenue and EBITDA growth through effective management of the sales teams ; develop and implement specific sales plans aligned with company strategy; coach and develop team members; ensure CRM discipline and process adherence; monitor key sales metrics and pricing levels; lead by example on key accounts and opportunities while building high-performing sales culture.

What youll do as Multiline Sector Leader:

  • Proactively lead and manage a team of Sales Specialists and Sales Consultants to create a high-performing sales culture.

  • Drive revenue and EBITDA growth through effective strategies leadership and management of the field sales teams.

  • Work in collaboration with Global Sector Specialists Marketing and Business Development teams to develop and implement territory/sector-specific sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market opportunities.

  • Implement robust pipeline management systems ensuring forecast accuracy and healthy opportunity flow.

  • Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including activity levels conversion rates and pricing governance.

  • Provide hands-on leadership in strategic accounts and complex opportunities while developing team capabilities.

  • Foster effective collaboration across marketing operations and technical specialists to maximize solution delivery.

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers in the territory/sector.

You are:

  • Successful track record in relevant sector sales with consistent target achievement.

  • Previous experience working in global/matrixed organizations with diverse stakeholder management.

  • Proven coaching and team development capabilities with evidence of developing high performers.

  • Experience managing high-performing sales teams to exceed revenue and profitability targets.

  • Strong CRM management skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.

  • Experience working effectively with marketing teams to implement campaigns and drive lead generation.
