The Product Analyst Data Network and Network Security role is part of the Network and Voice domain and works with Service parters business partners wider technology domains and external parties to act as a conduit between the business & technology. The product analyst supports and when required leads the lifecycle for designated products. their underlying technology sub-systems and is accountable for aligning product delivery plans to enable the business to achieve their objectives & strategic outcomes from concept through to operations.
Product Analysts are to work with the organisation to help stakeholders improve their processes and systems and support the delivery of new features enhancements and initiatives. They govern service partners to ensure product features are delivered to commitments meets business requirements and service levels.
What you will be doing:
- Accountable for the maintenance of existing systems and the development of new systems to meet business needs
- Responsible to develop and/or implement medium to large sized systems
- Provide technical guidance to business and end users
- Develop technical specifications for new systems or changes to existing systems
- Overseas the development of user documentation
- Undertake systems analysis and design and building activities
- Develop reports and dashboards to support domain
- Maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure interests of area are protected and achieved both tactically and strategically
- Oversee scoping design testing and implementation of service improvements and/or efficiency reviews to continuously deliver fit for purpose IT services that align to business needs
Youll have:
- 25 years experience in technology Business or Systems Analysis Product or IT Support
- Data Network and Network security experience
- Strong analytical and criticalthinking skills with high attention to detail and the ability to extract insights from data
- Experience supporting daytoday compliance monitoring activities including coordination of technology control assessments
- Handson experience maintaining compliance registers documentation and routine reporting artefacts
- Experience preparing organising and collating evidence to support internal reviews and external audits
- Supporting the implementation of compliance requirements within technology projects and change activities working closely with delivery teams
- Tracking remediation actions following up owners and maintaining status updates for stakeholders and governance forums
- Proven track record of operating in IT Delivery environments from concept to BAU
- Prior experience with and strong comfort using collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams JIRA and Confluence to document and manage stories
- Demonstrated understanding and use of modern delivery frameworks and their methodologies (ITIL ITSM Agile)
- Demonstrated expertise and practical experience with data analytics tools such as Excel and Power BI
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to various audiences
- Project change or vendor management experience
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously managing assigned activities independently while escalating risks and issues as required
