Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Gather analyze and structure complex business requirements independently
- Identify gaps inconsistencies and risks in requirements early on
- Map customer needs to existing platform features and drive feature adoption
- Create detailed business and integration concepts including data imports and system flows
- Design scalable solutions and clearly explain trade-offs from both business and technical views
- Lead workshops and align diverse stakeholder groups toward clear decisions
- Own and maintain functional documentation throughout the project lifecycle until go-live
Qualifications :
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Business Informatics or comparable experience
- 5 years of experience in enterprise e-commerce SaaS platforms or digital consulting
- Strong expertise in structured requirements engineering and problem-solving
- Solid understanding of e-commerce architectures like OMS PIM CMS and API/data flows (REST/JSON SQL)
- Ability to work with complex system landscapes and enterprise-level stakeholders
- Experience with platform migrations or replatforming projects is a plus
- Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud CommerceTools SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) or Shopify Plus is nice to have
