Position: Technical Program Manager

Location: Fort Collins CO (Onsite)

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead high-impact technology initiatives that directly support business growth customer experience and operational efficiency. This role focuses on program strategy execution and stakeholder alignment while leveraging strong technical fluency in application development-based platforms like JavaJ2EEMicroservicesAWS Cloud Java script React and Node

Key Responsibilities (Business Emphasis)

            Own end-to-end delivery of strategic programs tied to business outcomes OKRs and revenue goals

            Partner with Customer Product Engineering Operations and Leadership to define program scope timelines and success metrics.

            Being a client POC should be helpful in generating more business

            Translate business requirements into executable technical roadmaps

            Manage program-level risks trade-offs and prioritization decisions

            Drive executive communication including:

•         Program status
•         Roadmap alignment
•         Dependency and risk reporting.
•         Customer Satisfaction factor
•         Ensure delivery predictability cost efficiency and customer impact
•         Improve program governance planning cadence and reporting standards

Required Skills

            Strong program management experience across multiple Client project engineering teams

            Solid technical understanding of Java-based distributed systems

Expertise in:

• Strong application development background
• Best practices implementations
• Growth Strategy at account level
• Roadmap planning
• Dependency management
• Executive communication
• Proven ability to influence without authority
• Agile / SAFe delivery models.
