- Lead and develop the Philadelphia and South NJ hardscape territory with a strategic growthminded approach
- Enable train and support dealer teams to strengthen product knowledge and drive pullthrough
- Build strong relationships with contractors through the dealer network
- Develop and execute sales strategies that achieve targets and increase your bottom line
- Attend specialized internal/external education programs: Professional Sales Training PK/SK with Paver Pete ICPI & NCMA certifications
- Use CRM and BI tools to document intelligence analyze trends and build winning sales plans
- Collaborate closely with Sales Managers Sales Coordinators and crossfunctional partners to drive unified action
- Ensure brand consistency highquality deliverables and a strong market presence
- Share creative installations and product placements on social media to elevate brand visibility
- Maintain the companys reputation as a marketleading sales organization
