Job Summary
- Responsible for the overall security and residential safety needs of the community.
- Leads Security associates assigns tasks monitors day to day activities and assists the Resident Services Manager with performance management to include end of year performance evaluations and disciplinary processes.
- Responsible for scheduling and ensuring the schedule is covered.
- Maintains a working familiarity with telephone Arial camera control and access control computers.
- Performs all working duties of a Security Officer including but not limited to responding to events patrolling and monitoring surveillance.
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Minimum of three (3) years prior related security experience. Prior supervisory experience preferred.
- CPR/AED Certification required.
- First Aid Certification required.
