Job Summary

Heres What You Need

  • H.S. Diploma or Equivalent is required
  • BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly is required
  • Basic Understanding/ability to learn medical terminology

What You Will Do

  • Demonstrates competency in the set up and use of the telemetry monitoring equipment.
  • Collects reports and documents patient information (rhythms/rate) timely and accurately.
  • Seeks assistance supervision or consultation when unsure of rhythm(s) identification.
  • Distinguishes and reports abnormalities and initiates action to provide continuity of care.
  • Serves as a patient advocate.
  • Assists with documentation that supports and meets hospital and regulatory requirements.

Work location: You will be working onsite at - Texas health Plano 6200 West Parker Road Plano TX 75093.

Work hours: Part Time Nights (7P-7A) for 24hrs/week. 12 hour shifts.
