What You Will Do:

Guidehouseisseekinga highly motivated and experiencedProgram Managerto supportAI Transformation will focus on driving delivery productdesignthinking and adoption of AI-enabled solutions across business domains.

The ideal candidate excels at navigating ambiguity translating complex technical and business challenges into actionable plans and driving outcomes through human-centered agile delivery. This role partners closely with AIdevelopment teamsITbusiness domainsand Change & Adoption teams to accelerate AI adoption and measurable value realization.

Key Responsibilities

• Program & Product Delivery Leadership
• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI transformationprojects from discovery and problem definition through execution launch and optimization.
• Apply product and agile delivery practices to ensure solutions are user-centered scalable and aligned to business outcomes.
• AI Strategy Execution
• Translate enterprise AI strategy into actionable roadmaps MVP definitions and phased delivery plans across business domains.
• Partner with Domain Leads to align use cases to strategic priorities readiness and value potential.
• Use Case Discovery & Design
• Facilitate discovery design thinking andrequirementsworkshops toidentifyhigh-impact AI and automation opportunities.
• Drive synthesis of qualitative and quantitative inputs into clear problem statements success metrics and delivery plans.
• Cross-Functional Orchestration
• Serve as a connective layer between AIdevelopment teamsIT Data Change & Adoption and business stakeholders.
• Coordinate dependencies manage risks and ensure clear communication across teams without formal authority.
• Change Enablement & Adoption
• Partner with change and communications leads to embed adoption training and feedback loops into delivery plans.
• Ensure AI solutions are usable adopted and delivering intended value post-launch.
• Performance & Value Tracking
• Define and track delivery milestones KPIs and value metrics using dashboards and reporting artifacts.
• Continuously assess progress adoption and outcomes to inform prioritization and iteration.

What You Will Need:

• US Citizenship is required
• Bachelors degree is required
• Minimum FIVE (5) years of experience inprogram or product managementwithin technology data AI or digital transformationprojects.
• Strong understanding ofAI-enabled platforms automation and data-driven solutions and how they support business transformation.
• Demonstrated ability to applyhuman-centered design (HCD)anddesign thinkingto complex problem spaces.
• Experience withtools such as Jira Miro/Mural Figma and AI productivity tools isrequired.
• Experiencewithagile delivery methodologies(ScrumSAFe) and cross-functional team leadership.
• Exceptional analytical synthesis and documentation skills; able to turn ambiguity into clarity and action.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; comfortable influencing across functions and seniority levels.
• Experience supportingchange management adoption and enablementfornew technologiespreferred.
