Job Summary
Answer customer questions via chat email or call
Respond to support requests in a clear and timely manner
Troubleshoot basic issues using guides or FAQs
Escalate complex problems to the write team
Update and manage support tickets
Maintain a helpful and friendly tone with all customers
Required Skills:
At least 2 years of help desk experience Proven experience with Asterisk systems Strong verbal and written communication skills Solid technical troubleshooting skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Upbeat and positive attitude Calm and composed under pressure This role is only open to Filipinos permanently residing in the Philippines
