Assistant Branch Warehouse In-Charge (Lipa Batangas)

As an Assistant Branch Warehouse In-Charge you will:

• Inventory Record Accuracy
  Ensure 100% Inventory Record accuracy by seamless recording and monitoring of transaction in both SAP and Subsystem. Performs cycle counts and participate in Van inventory route settlement.
• Product Quality Sustainability
  Monitoring of Bettle Count Index (BCI) Safety Risk Index Temperature and Relative humidity and Fe-Fo compliance
• Asset Management
  Support BWIC compliance to asset maintenance management to prolong assets usability. Report condition of damaged and/or asset for disposal
• Record Management
  Ensure documents and records is filed in accordance to company standards.
• Other
  Manage various project and task as they arise and upon line managers request

Who are we looking for

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management Engineering Finance or any related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehousing within a sales and distribution environment preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Experience with SAP or other warehouse systems is an advantage.
• Comfortable with technology and open to learning new tools.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel
• Familiarity with safety principles is an advantage.
• Exposure to continuous improvement activities or process enhancements is a plus.
