Location: JTI AMC Malvar Batangas

What you will do

• Operate filter production machines to ensure consistent product quality in line with QA specifications and minimize downtime.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment through proactive hazard awareness.
• Apply 5S and good housekeeping practices to keep the workplace clean organized and compliant.
• Participate in continuous improvement (Kaizen) activities and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Comply with EHS standards company policies and perform tasks assigned by supervisors.
• Maintain strong health and safety awareness by identifying hazards following control measures and reporting unsafe conditions or incidents.

Who are we looking for

• High school or vocational graduate preferred.
• 12 years of relevant experience.
• Basic English (reading/writing) and math skills.
• Good communication multitasking and basic technical/computer skills.
• Willing to work on a rotating or shifting schedules.
