Key Responsibilities
Communication & Email Management

Review incoming emails and prepare concise summaries

Draft professional responses

Track follow-ups and pending communications
Calendar & Meeting Coordination

Manage and organize the executives calendar

Schedule meetings across multiple time zones

Send meeting invitations and reminders
Online Research

Conduct research on companies industries and individuals

Identify decision makers and gather contact information

Prepare organized research summaries
Outreach & Communication

Send professional emails to vendors partners and clients
-
Assist with LinkedIn outreach when required

Request information from service providers
Recruitment Support
Digital Tools & AI

Use AI tools to assist with research and drafting communications

Maintain organized task lists and digital records
