The Position
The Opportunity:
The Healthcare System Partner (HSP) represents Roche locally collaborating with healthcare stakeholders like policymakers regulators and payers. They identify shared goals co-create and implement solutions to improve healthcare systems aiming to achieve better faster and sustainable health outcomes for patients.
Who You Are:
The Healthcare System Partner (HSP) collaborates with healthcare system stakeholders to drive innovation unlock value and improve outcomes for society by:
Identifying engaging and managing ecosystem stakeholders acting as the primary liaison between Roche and the healthcare community.
Following the Visionary Architect Coach Catalyst (VACC) model to foster collaboration and acting as a connector and problem-solver both internally and externally.
Analyzing healthcare ecosystems to identify trends and use insights to influence Roche strategies while sharing the companys expertise with the ecosystem.
For this position you bring the following qualifications:
A deep understanding of healthcare systems excellent customer engagement cross-functional leadership and the ability to manage complex projects.
Proficiency in leveraging digital tools commercialization strategies and customer experience excellence are key desired skills.
Preferred qualifications include a university degree (scientific economic or business) advanced degrees like MBA or life sciences and a practical understanding of digital innovation and health policy.
Fluent in the local language. Proficient in English.

Salary starts from 4000 EUR gross/monthly. Final salary depends on the successful candidates level of experience skills and qualifications.
