SAP Functional System Analyst

Role Summary

As a Functional System Analyst you will help shape the HR and payroll system experience for our customers across the world. Your mission is to translate business needs into smart user-friendly solutions that make work simpler and more efficient. Your Responsibilities

• Understand business needs map them to Zalaris standard solutions and prepare systems for exploration phases and customer workshops.
• Deliver assigned project tasks on time following project schedules estimations and established implementation guidelines.
• Configure and implement Zalaris standard solutions document deviations and escalate issues when required to avoid delays.
• Execute change requests in line with Zalaris standards ensure timely updates to system configurations and documentation and align changes with stakeholders.
• Coordinate validation and rollout of changes to ensure minimal disruption to customers.
• Provide expertlevel 3rdline support for SAP Payroll issues including rootcause analysis longterm corrective actions and crossteam communication.
• Collaborate proactively with internal teams maintain clear communication to prevent bottlenecks and support continuous improvement of processes.

Your Experience and Skills

• Proven experience as an SAP HCM Functional Analyst or similar role with a strong understanding of SAP HCM modules and business processes.
• Solid knowledge of solution architecture principles within large-scale enterprise environments.
• Understanding of system configuration functional documentation and troubleshooting methods.
• Agile mindset proactive attitude ability to take ownership and lead tasks when needed.
• Strong analytical thinking problemsolving ability and capability to independently organize work and priorities
• Fluent written and spoken English.
