As an Airport Ground Staff you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the airport. Your main duties will include assisting passengers with check-in baggage handling and boarding procedures as well as coordinating with various departments to ensure timely departures and arrivals of flights. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at the check-in counter ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process. - Handle passenger baggage including tagging weighing and loading onto the aircraft. - Assist passengers with boarding procedures and ensure all safety protocols are followed. - Respond to passenger inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner. - Liaise with other airport departments such as ground handling and security to ensure seamless operations. - Monitor flight schedules and communicate any changes or delays to passengers. - Maintain a clean and organized airport terminal including restocking of supplies and ensuring all safety measures are followed. - Adhere to all company policies and procedures as well as airport regulations. Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage. - Willingness to work in shifts including weekends and holidays. - Basic computer skills. - Knowledge of a foreign language is a plus.
