About the team

The AI team is responsible for delivering AI/ML solutions in the supply and demand space for verticals such as Retail Consumer Packaged Goods Life Sciences etc.

This includes problems in the space of forecasting optimization replenishment recommendation explainability and moreincreasingly leveraging agentic and autonomous workflows where AI systems can reason plan and act in collaboration with users and other systems. The uniqueness of the team is that it performs at the intersection of technology and real business problems building intelligent agentdriven capabilities that augment decisionmaking at scale. What you will do

• All aspects of the machine learning software development life cycle are familiar to you. You are passionateabout shipping large-scale software systems in a fast-paced environment but you can balance longer termissues such as maintainability scalability and quality. Youre fluent in Python object-oriented development andin the addition to working with modern data storage familiarity with Kubernetes docker and havehands-on experience with big data technologies. You have the ability and enthusiasm to learn new technologies whether they are infrastructure language orplatform and easily adapt to change.
• You will define drive design and build/ship end-to-end solutions thatnot only solve real customer problems but also create automated AI/ML-based solutions specifically tailored for building a cutting-edge application leveraging LLM to orchestrate ourcustomers supply chains including architectural design relevant design documentation test planning andexecution.
• You will contribute to the end-to-end AI/ML software development lifecycle ensuring reproducible researchand state-of-the-art results for our customers. You will drive architecture design and delivery of advancedML systems in the Product R&D team. Oversee the work of junior developers and actively engage teammembers to develop their skills and build shared ownership across the code base. Proactively engagesoutside of team to unblock other team members while progressing their own technical assignments.
• You are a team player a quick starter and a problem solver as well as comfortable talking requirements with product managers. You work well in a cross-functional team and can listen and contribute to discussions. Ideally provide readily available solutions while considering technical aspects effort and risk.

What we are looking for

• Education:Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong software engineering skills with a minimum of 10 years experience in enterprise software development.
• Agentic & Modern AI Frameworks:Practical experience building solutions using agentic AIpatterns RAG vector databases and orchestration frameworks like LangGraph/GoogleADK/OpenAI Agent SDK including prompt engineering and context engineering for production ofthe agentic workflows.
• End-to-End ML/AI Software Development:Extensive experience developing robust ML-drivensystems with Python and modern data tooling. Skilled in debugging optimizing testing anddelivering production-quality software.
• System Design & Architectural Thinking: Strong ability to design scalable resilient and modular systems applying deep engineering judgment to ensure correctness performance and long-term maintainability.
• AI Driven Software Development:Experience in leveraging agentic software development tools -such as GitHub Copilot Claude Code or other autonomous agents - to accelerate delivery of newfeatures and resolution of issues.
• Technical Leadership & Collaboration:Ability to guide architecture mentor developers anddrive high-quality engineering decisions across teams.
• Technical Communication:Strong written and verbal communication skills suitable for bothtechnical and non-technical audiences. Operate as a technical advisor to managers/leaders.
• Demonstrated experience in designing comprehensive test plans including functional integration system and acceptance testing with strong hands-on expertise in automation frameworks such as PyTest and continuous testing using GitHub Actions.

Nice to Have

• Domain Knowledge:Experience with supply chain or manufacturing systems.
• Proven expertise in designing provisioning deployingand operating large-scale systems on AWS Azure or GCP. Hands-on experience withDocker Kubernetes (managed via Argo CD Helm or similar) infrastructure automation usingTerraform and distributed systems.
