Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR leader to oversee and manage the full spectrum of human resource functions at our Head Office. The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for developing HR strategies strengthening organizational culture ensuring compliance with Cambodian labor laws and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the institutions mission and growth plans.
  • Lead workforce planning recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Oversee performance management systems succession planning and organizational development initiatives.
  • Manage compensation & benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Ensure compliance with Cambodian labor law and regulatory requirements.
  • Promote employee engagement culture development and retention strategies.
  • Provide strategic HR advisory support to senior management.
  • Oversee HR policies procedures and HRIS systems.

Main Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field. Masters degree (MBA or MA in HR) is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 510 years of progressive HR leadership experience preferably in banking microfinance or financial institutions.
  • Strong background in strategic HR planning organizational development and employee relations.
  • Excellent leadership communication interpersonal conflict resolution and decision-making skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Cambodian labor law and HR best practices.
  • Ability to work strategically and operationally in a fast-paced environment.
