Your Role

As a Customer Technical Advisor you will:

Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
Accurately record customer interactions in the system
Resolve complaints following company policies
Meet response and resolution SLAs
Troubleshoot issues using tools and training provided
Provide solutions to common technical problems

Requirements

High School Diploma or higher
Native / Fluent French
English level C1
Typing speed: 20 WPM
Strong communication & active listening skills
Problem-solving & troubleshooting mindset
Must have EU passport
