Are you passionate about maximising the value of enterprise platforms to improve customer experience and operational efficiency Were looking for a Salesforce & Genesys Business Product Owner to act as the voice of our business guiding the evolution of two critical systems that underpin our customer engagement and service delivery.
About the Role
As the Product Owner you will be responsible for the Salesforce CRM and Genesys contact centre platform ensuring both deliver maximum value to the business. Youll define features prioritise initiatives shape roadmaps and work closely with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements that improve workflows digital journeys and customer interactions.
Youll be at the heart of our digital and operational transformation partnering with business stakeholders delivery teams and platform specialists to drive efficiency consistency and innovation.
What Youll Do
About You
Desirable: Salesforce or Genesys certifications and tertiary qualifications in Business Technology or Information Systems.
