Core responsibilities include:
Coordinate and manage all aspects of event logistics including scheduling space reservations vendor coordination hospitality and on-site execution.
Oversee budget tracking and expense management to ensure the event remains aligned with financial parameters.
Collaborate closely with the project lead and campus partners to ensure smooth planning and implementation.
Support the successful engagement of participants and contributors from media and related fields.
Perform other duties as assigned.

You should demonstrate:
Proven experience managing events with strong organizational and project management skills.
The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a wide range of partners.
Familiarity with immersive or interactive media is welcome but not required.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required
1-3 years of event planning experience required; experience in arts film or technology contexts is preferred
A combination of education and relevant experience from which comparable knowledge is demonstrated may be considered.
