Essential Job Functions:
- Ensure superior customer services are maintained.
- Executes promotions inside casino assisting patrons participating in promotions.
- Staffs special event registration areas.
- Act as a role model and always presents oneself as a credit to Harrahs and encourages others to do the same.
- Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory departmental and company policies.
- Licensed and authorized to execute promotions on the gaming floor.
Responsibilities
Physical Mental & Environmental Demands:
- Must be able to maneuver all areas of the casino including in and around Pit areas.
- Must be able to bend stoop reach kneel twist and grip items when necessary.
- Must have manual dexterity to operate a typewriter computer and 10 key adding machine photocopy machine fax machine and telephone.
- Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling guests demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to read write speak and understand English. Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.
- Must be able to lift and carry 20lbs.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.Some college preferred.
- Microsoft office and Greg Davis (APS) experience preferred.
- Must be able to deal with guests in a casino environment.
- Casino experience preferred.
- Must be able to get along with co-workers as a team.
- Must present a well-groomed appearance.
