Call Center Representative

Training & Work Schedule (Includes Holidays & Weekends)
- Training Schedule:Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 5:30pm (3 weeks)
- Shifts Days: Tuesday -Saturday or Sunday - Thursday.
- Shifts:10:00am-7:00pm12:00pm - 9:00pm 3:00pm - 12:00am or 11:00pm - 8:00am
Accountable for
- Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard.
- Work with the firms intake management team to determine viability of potential cases.
- Be a closer someone who can entice clients and relate to them and encourage them to sign on with our firm.
- Deliver customized targeted sales strategies to ensure monthly goals are met.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years experience in sales customer service or call center.
- Strong communication skills required including the ability to be empathetic yet persuasive.
- Ability to multi-task and type at least 40 wpm while speaking with potential clients.
- Competitive and motivated to surpass set goals.
Compensation
- $25.00 - $33.00 per hourdepending on experience plus monthly bonus incentives
