Organize the cylinder filling to minimize cylinder handling. Before out-off fill the cylinder on stock. After out-off fill the cylinder to cover customer requirements.

Job Duties:

  • Performs filling operations according to operations plan: monitors filling start up and stop in a safe manner follows the procedure and coordinates parameters: connection and disconnection of the cylinders the manipulation of all the valves needed to fill the cylinders or bundles with the right content as well as vital contributing tasks like analysis batch numbering label application and maintaining documentation for traceability.

  • Monitors parameters performs tests and checks physical data to advance production in quality and quantity and facilitates corrective operations when parameters are not optimized.

  • Coordinates the first response in emergency situations and initiates safety procedures & keeps the management informed to foster understanding of any safety and/or activity issues.

  • Organizes primary & secondary cylinder handling operations by performing operations according to plan for the empty cylinders the organized flow of the trucks the selection (sorting) of the cylinders the review of the test date and the overall aspect of the cylinder and the positioning in the empty buffer zone waiting for filling. For the full cylinders this includes preparing the cylinders according to the customers orders moving the cylinders from the full buffer zone or from the full stock and managing the truck loading. All forklift activity linked to secondary distribution is included.

  • Champions operations compliance to safety procedures in particular for lock-out and confined spaces. Promotes the consistent use of protective equipment. Ensures that quality procedures for process and for final product analysis are supported in the day-to-day and takes care of the fulfillment of analytic plans.

  • Maintains the operations book and administrative documentation enters daily production data in the system ensures the tracking of production events prepares and communicates incident reports and engages with Standard Operating Procedures P&IDs PFDs and all other technical documentation as related to plant-specific equipment.

  • Contributes to process improvement by identifying opportunities for procedure enhancement from incident analysis recognizing potential risks and proposing changes that advance Safety or productivity.

  • Bachelor Degree in engineering operations etc. required.

  • 1 years of experience or equivalent as a new engineer
