Key job responsibilities
* Partner closely with Program Coordinators/Data Collection Leads/Data Collection Specialists by adhering to data collection protocol and follow SOP to complete project objectives
* Work one-on-one with research participants by moderating and assisting them through the research process to ensure research objectives are met
* Support day-to-day operations of collection projects including reporting moderating etc
* Own defined tasks within projects focused on improving parts of the data collection processes
* Deliver high quality work under tight deadlines
* Communicate internally with team members to identify issues and propose solutions for long term sustainability of processes
* Support several projects at one time and accept re-prioritization as required
* Perform basic troubleshooting tasks on any technical issues during collection and escalate as needed
* Work indoor/outdoor 4-5 days per week in the field traveling to multiple sites within 50 miles (this is not a work from home role)
* Lift up to 30lbs when needed
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
- A good sense of humor a positive attitude and great team work skills
- Reliable transportation
- Experience in research or data collection
- Experience using Confluence Quip Jira Salesforce
- End-to-end hands-on experience with aspects of data collections (recruiting moderation reporting)
- Experience moderating a 1:1 session with users independently in the field
- Experience moderating sessions with users of different age and demographics is a big plus
- Consumer electronic research experience

The starting pay for this position is listed below. Final starting pay will be based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
