Job Summary
A wonderful and supportive secondary school in Swindon is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Support Officer to join its pastoral team with an ASAP start.

About the Role
The successful candidate will work closely with the pastoral team senior leaders and teaching staff to provide targeted support for students across the school.
Responsibilities will include:
Supporting students with behaviour wellbeing and engagement
Working with pupils on a one-to-one or small group basis
Monitoring attendance and behaviour and supporting improvement strategies
Assisting with pastoral interventions and safeguarding processes
Building positive relationships with students parents and staff
Supporting the schools behaviour policies and restorative approaches
