Physical Education Lead Lincolnshire Secondary School September start

An innovative secondary school in Lincolnshire is seeking a creative and energetic PE Teacher for a full-time permanent role starting in September 2026. Responsibilities

• Teach PE across KS3 to KS5 balancing practical performance with sports science theory.

• Oversee and direct major school sports fixtures inter-house competitions and extracurricular clubs.

• Build student confidence and teamwork skills through inclusive and challenging physical activity.

• Work collaboratively with the wider school team on wellbeing festivals and regional tournaments.

• Manage the department equipment and facilitate visiting professional coaching workshops.

Requirements

• Degree in Sports Science PE or a related field.

• PGCE or QTS.

• Experience coordinating school-wide fixtures is highly desirable.

• Must have the right to work in the UK.
