About the role:
In this role you will be responsible for driving revenue by promoting advertising and promotional solutions to merchants including restaurants retail stores and food shops. You will build strong relationships with clients understand their business goals and recommend tailored advertising strategies that increase visibility customer engagement and sales on the platform.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Understand merchant business needs and recommend the most effective advertising and promotional solutions on the platform
Manage merchant relationships and oversee advertising campaigns to ensure successful execution and performance
Provide proactive assistance and strategic recommendations that drive increased sales and customer satisfaction
Assess merchant challenges and deliver the most suitable advertising and promotional solutions available
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve weekly monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Educate merchants on the value and impact of advertising and promotional campaigns to maximize client revenue
Monitor campaign performance using dashboards and analytics to identify optimization opportunities
Drive new sales opportunities through proactive outreach including calls and emails.
REQUIREMENTS:
Native or fluent German speaker (C1) with C1-level English both oral and written
24 years of relevant professional experience in sales advertising or a related field
Degree in Business Operations Business Administration Business Communication Computer Science or a related discipline
Experience working with advertising agencies pre-sales environments or outbound sales including cold calling
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) or Google Workspace (Sheets Docs Slides)
Analytical mindset with strong decision-making capabilities
Excellent teamwork collaboration and communication skills.
