Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Intern, Transformation

Role Summary

As a Bowtie intern you will be treated and work like the rest of the team (no fetching coffee duties) and deliver impactful projects.

About the Role

This role is a unique opportunity to boost our recruitment efficiency through workflow automation and to enhance the new-hire experience with AI and other technologies all while supporting our outreach efforts at career events. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong bilingual skills who can drive projects with autonomy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop and implement low-code/no-code workflow automation solutions for Talent Acquisition and Onboarding processes (e.g. interview scheduling feedback compilation reference check document collection) with minimal reliance on engineering support.

• Review and refine existing onboarding materials and develop engaging self-serve training modules and documentation using AI tools and technologies to personalize the learning experience.

• Provide logistical and on-site support for various recruitment and career events effectively communicating with candidates and internal stakeholders in both English and Chinese.

Internship Duration:

Full-time: 3-6 months

Part-time: 3 days per week 3-6 months

About you

• Proven hands-on experience or coursework with automation tools (e.g. Zapier Google Apps Script low-code platforms) or a strong demonstrated aptitude for learning and applying new technologies quickly.

• Complete professional fluency (written and spoken) in both English and Cantonese to support diverse candidates and internal teams.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• A self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills who can work independently and implement solutions end-to-end.
